This page lists the third-party service providers NetCaptain directly engages that may handle personal information in connection with the platform, whether for NetCaptain's own operations or on behalf of an organisation using NetCaptain. Rows marked Yes may process Personal Data that an organisation controls, and are the Sub-processors for the purposes of the Data Processing Addendum in our Organisation Agreement. The remaining rows support NetCaptain's own operations, such as billing, sign-in, and support.
Data storage location
The database holding organisation, player, and session data is hosted in Singapore. The NetCaptain web console and API run on servers in the United States, and several of the services above operate in the United States and elsewhere, so personal data collected from people in Australia, the United Kingdom, and elsewhere is transferred internationally in the course of operating NetCaptain. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum for transfers from the United Kingdom and, for disclosures from Australia, the reasonable steps required by Australian Privacy Principle 8.
