You need the NetCaptain app and your club's six-digit join code. If your coach sent you a link, open it: it shows the club's name, the code and the app store buttons.
Create your account
Open the app and tap Join your club.
Choose I'm a player or I'm a parent or guardian.
Enter your name, your email and the join code.
Tap Email me a code, then type the six-digit code we send you. There is no password.
Check the club's name and confirm.
Under 18
15 to 17: you can join yourself. You will be asked for a parent or guardian's name and email. They are invited too and see everything you see.
Under 15: a parent or guardian joins with their own details and manages your profile. If they have already set up your own access, choose that option and we will email a code to your address.
Already have an account?
Sign in with your email. Tap your club's name at the top of the screen and choose Join another club.
The code didn't arrive
Check your spam folder, then tap Send a new code. Old codes stop working.
