Going away? Tell the club once instead of answering session by session.
Open the Sessions tab and tap Set unavailability.
Choose the first and last day. Add a reason if you like; your club sees it.
Read the line underneath. It tells you which sessions the dates cover.
Tap Add these dates.
Those sessions are marked unavailable for you, and their RSVP is settled. Plans changed? Open the same sheet and remove the dates under Already declared.
Parents and guardians choose who's away at the top of the sheet, one child or several.
Away dates only ever mark you unavailable. To say you're coming, answer the session's RSVP.
