Children on your account

Written by NetCaptain HQ

Parents and guardians manage their children from the Profile tab, under Children. Their sessions appear in your Sessions tab, and you answer RSVPs and set away dates for them.

Add a child. Tap Add a child and enter their name. No join code needed; you already belong to the club. If the club had already listed your child against your email, they were connected when you joined.

Add another parent or guardian. Enter their email. They join with the club's code and that address, and see the child's sessions too.

Give an older child their own access. Tap Give [name] their own access and enter an email address of their own, not yours. We send them an invite. Once they've signed in they answer for themselves, and you still see their sessions. You can withdraw the invite until it's used. When the club records a child as an adult, they control their own access.

Remove a child. Tap Remove my access to [name]. They stay on the club's roster, so the club can fix a mistake.

Players under 15 can't create their own account. This is how they get on the app.
